Most funerals are conducted well. However, if you have a complaint, discuss it with your funeral director.

The majority of funeral directors belong to one of two trade associations so if you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to whichever of the two the funeral director belongs to.

Did you know

All package travel tour operators must be bonded. This means that if the tour operator ceases trading you should get your money back. If you have booked your flight and accommodation separately, you may not have the protection.
